Maybe we weren’t promoting hive wrong, maybe the visuals just weren’t interesting enough to keep 18-25 yo’s around.

If I had my way, Peakd (@jarvie) would go vaporwave, @ecency would go minimalist cartoon (search “Hidden folk”) Leo (@khaleelkazi) 8 bit. @snapie abstract art

From what Ive gotten thru talking to users whove tried Hive, but use other WEB3 sites instead is the voting and power through staking feature is what turned them away never to return. They view at a way to limit reach, stymie speech and deny earnings over feelings, rather than abuse

I get it. Thars a problem too. But my friends dont even get that far. They look at hive projects and feel a lack of curiosity towards it. There is no pill other than money which sounds too good to be true (and your point proves to them that it is)

Right, I'm specifically talking about users who do use Social Media in general and would love to use the features on Hive, which from a content creation standpoint isn't an issue, because Hive is quite feature rich. It's simply viewed as more restrictive to speech than WEB2

Just some examples of what I’m talking about

Got it better to understand right now.

Nice points to be discussed, I think.
