Sorry to answer the actual question you should still get rewards if upvoted (might have to be at least 0.02 to not dust), people using catchalls might get annoyed if they see the same thing multiple times :)
They're all on the same underlying thing which is why peakd sees/can post to all. Things like inleo and snapie filter for their own type. If you look at hsnaps webapp on a big screen it shows you everything at once on a grid, I could see duplicates.
They're all using the same blockchain and snaps/waves/threads use the same container posts. Individual front ends might filter for something (eg snapie filters for snaps). If you post on all, the filtered front ends will get 1 post and the catchalls may get 3.
