If I remember right back to 2010 I think it had been raining most of the trip. This might have been the first blue sky day. :)
Probably so. I think much of Nevada is public land so there is not a lot of changes.
That's good to know then... :) Sometimes, beautiful views can be overshadowed by modern buildings as the years go by... :D
