There's a few users I've delegated some HP to so they can at least get comments past the $0.02 dust threshold with their 100% votes. I've had to increase the delegations a few times over the past weeks as the price of hive has kept dropping. xD

My vote was almost near to 0.02 before the dip or hardfork, but now it's again even below to 0.01 with more than 3k HP
