This and many more are the lines I hear daily from Mr handsome for the past two decades. Oh the excitement😊️ I have everytime I hear my phone ring and I look to see his charming and ever smiling face on the screen.🙈 If you ask me, I would say this attitude of his made him glow daily.
However, what could be said of me, after all the excitement and butterflies in my belly, what do I say in response to these beautiful words from someone that shows me nothing but love. Guess what! Thank you was my usual response anytime, any day😎 that's weird right? I wished I could say more and probably some sweet words to him too but I just couldn't. Could it be because he's not my family member or?? Don't worry I'll tell you.
I believe the statement “I love you” is one sacred word that should only be used when necessary and when the user means everything about his or her statement. I will always recommend that one supports the statement with enough actions to prove that the words are from a genuine place and there's no plans of hurting at the end. I have seen someone who proposed love in several ways to win a good heart but sooner than expected the once admirable lover turned out to be a thorn in the flesh of this supposed ride or die. Could that be the only reason for my attitude??
Again, I have seen both genders take actions against their wishes because they heard the word I love you from someone they thought was genuine but later regretted their actions. Sometimes, it is later realized that it wasn't actually love but lust for the physical body, greed for wealth or financial stability, or even to gain fame and influence too.
Let's get back to Mr handsome. Has he ever been worried about my weird replies to him?? Yes he has but when I told him my reasons and fears, he assured me of his genuineness then I asked him to prove it. Oh my goodness 😍😊🙈 from the day he got to know about my fears, he makes sure to speak all of my love language, erase my fears and live to accept the genuine love that has been knocking on my door for the whole time😍😊.
Love is truly a beautiful thing and I am blessed to have someone who genuinely makes me experience what it means to be loved. Most importantly, the feeling of being loved gave me the inspiration to write down this beautiful piece for him
