I believe one of the hardest things today is learning to distinguish between what looks like success and what genuinely helps us grow as human beings. Sometimes the world rewards what is most visible, but the lessons that transform us the most often come from quiet and deeply human gestures.
And honestly, I also hope I never lose that sensitivity. In professions and environments where exhaustion can slowly harden us, I think preserving our humanity becomes almost a conscious decision.
