¡ORDENAR!, ¡poner orden a las cosas que se van acumulando en pilas por la casa!... pero especialmente las "digitales". Sucede que cuando eres una persona con diferentes intereses, pasatiempos y habilidades, comienzas a posponer el tema de ordenar, limpiar y descartar, "porque siempre hay algo pendiente por hacer, por gusto o por deber."
TIDY UP! Put things that are piling up around the house in order... but especially the “digital” ones. When you are a person with different interests, hobbies, and skills, you start to put off tidying up, cleaning, and discarding things, “because there is always something else to do, whether for pleasure or duty.”
Las energías que tengo no son infinitas, me canso, así que esas energías y atención se van en hacer, crear, construir, entonces al final del día no me quedan fuerzas para limpiar al 100% los espacios que utilicé o los archivos que se acumularon en mi celular o computadora.
My energy is not infinite; I get tired, so that energy and attention go into doing, creating, building, so at the end of the day I don't have the strength to clean up 100% of the spaces I used or the files that accumulated on my cell phone or computer.
Recientemente mi cosa favorita por hacer es recostarme tranquilamente en mi cama con la computadora y depurar carpetas, especialmente archivos duplicados que me entorpecen la tarea de encontrar los archivos realmente valiosos que quiero conservar.
Recently, my favorite thing to do is to lie quietly in bed with my computer and clean up folders, especially duplicate files that make it difficult for me to find the really valuable files I want to keep.
También estoy disfrutando mucho creando colecciones de carpetas bien identificadas por tema y año, es mi meta para antes de terminar Julio el por fin tener "mi computadora en orden", y crear un nuevo respaldo de todo en un lugar seguro para evitar las pérdidas de recuerdos hermosos que he sufrido en años pasados.
I am also really enjoying creating collections of folders that are clearly labeled by theme and year. My goal is to finally have “my computer in order” by the end of July and to create a new backup of everything in a safe place to avoid losing the beautiful memories I have lost in past years.

La primera meta es ir a consulta con el odontólogo, que suena bastante básico pero de verdad no he podido encontrar el momento adecuado para pedir cita:
Se siente extraño e incómodo y he perdido parte del trabajo de las ortodoncias que tuve cuando era niña-adolescente (no me molestan mis dientes torcidos, de hecho me parecen adorables, pero me preocupa si eso esta afectando la salud de mi mordida o pueda traerme problemas a largo plazo).
The first goal is to go to the dentist, which sounds pretty basic, but I really haven't been able to find the right time to make an appointment:
It feels strange and uncomfortable, and I've lost some of the orthodontic work I had done when I was a child/teenager (my crooked teeth don't bother me; in fact, I think they're adorable, but I'm concerned that it's affecting the health of my bite or could cause me problems in the long term).

También un par de lentes, jamás he sufrido problemas de visión hasta ahora pero estoy viendo un poco borroso los objetos a lo lejos, así que llegó el momento de ir con el oftalmólogo por un estudio, una formula, y he estado viendo catálogos disponibles de monturas lindas 👀 estoy emocionada porque las personas con lentes siempre me han parecido de un look sofisticado.
Espero cumplir con esas 2 tareas de auto cuidado en agosto 💙 👏 entre otras que todavía no puedo compartir pero prometo revelar a medida que avanse lo que queda de 2025 🫂
Also, a pair of glasses. I've never had vision problems until now, but I'm seeing things a little blurry in the distance, so it's time to go to the ophthalmologist for an exam and a prescription. I've been looking at catalogs of cute frames 👀 I'm excited because I've always thought people who wear glasses look sophisticated.
I hope to accomplish these two self-care tasks in August 💙 👏 among others that I can't share yet, but I promise to reveal them as the rest of 2025 progresses 🫂
