The emphasis on water cannot be underrated. Water is a must, a tagalong.

About breakfast though??🙃 I'm always on the go when it's 7am and it's sort of hard to keep food in when it's so early. So, I just drink water till it's 11am or so.

Time spent with mothers are always the best. I can't lie.😊
