How long do you think you
would last in a survival-man
type situation?
I just imagine myself in the forest, how long would I be able to survive in it.
Well I grew up following my parents to the farm for planting and harvesting, I would say I have most survival skills in me, for example i can easily identify eatable plants and fruits at a certain level, I know where and how certain animals like snail and fish are likely to be in.
I know I can easily Create tiny hurt with bamboo sticks and palm fronts leaves, it's like building a fort as they call it these days. These are some of the things we practice in the farm to shield ourselves from the harsh sun shining down on us.
Hopefully I would have a cutlass, to clear out the surroundings a little bit in the area where I intent to lay my head for the night, but if I don't, that's not an issue, am also skilled in picking out grasses with my hands to an extent.
How do I cook is the question?
There is definitely no cooking but roasting for me, since there is no pot or plate, the making of fire can be gotten from igniting two stones together, although I haven't tried it, I know that instinct to survive will definitely let me do it.
How long would I be able
to survive?
I don't know exactly but am telling you, I know how to adjust to things and bring in my survival mood.
Another question would be, is there anything that would probably make me to loss it? And my answer is yes.
Now my fear would not be on what I would eat or drink because am used to drinking water from the farm, I don't get sick on it, but my biggest fear would be darkness and some certain creeping animals.
I have serious phobia for creeping animals like snakes, centipedes, caterpillar even worms, I get scared seeing them even in text books.
I hate being in the dark even at home, I have a very wide imagination that could even make me see the end of me.
But if am able to clean my surrounding area to avoid those animals and build my hurt and go in at night, hmmm I will definitely last for a long time.
