There is a song that says,everyone wants to rule world.lets play with these phrase a little and, without getting into any controversy, explain how you would convince people to vote for you as president of your country. It's an exercise in imagination, so try to make it fun.
Such an interesting topic which resonate to our everyday discussion as citizens of the federal Republic of Nigeria.
We Humans I believe are not difficult to please,just give us the basic necessities, what we know we deserve and work hard for, and everything will be OK.
As an aspirant, campaigning for the presidential sit in my country, there are things which will definitely be said during my manifesto.
Just a quick story, few weeks ago I wrote a state exam online for government employment and the result came out unsuccessful. This was not an issue for me alone but no body voiced out to say they passed or knew anyone that did.
What am I trying to say, our populations highest percentage are the youths who are seeking for jobs, as an aspirant, I will make sure anyone who makes it to higher institution and graduates will automatically be employed in their required field for those that wants to work with the government, and empower those who do not
Federal and states roads will be well structured without potholes, drainage areas well monitored to avoid loitering of dirt inside to reduce the level of water and airborne diseases causing sicknesses and deaths mostly in our rural villages.
The level of health care will be at it's best, to eradicate ailments from spreading unnecessarily. This can be achieved by making sure all Health workers are well paid,and educated properly.
Agriculture will not be excluded from my manifesto, because after crude oil, agriculture takes a high stand in the economy of my country.
I will make sure all planting materials are accessible to farmers at a subsizied rate, enabling larger production of goods so as to encourage export of agricultural produce all over the world.
?What is stopping this country from having a well functioning refinery?* Exactly, well I will make sure our crude oils are refined and sold to citizens at a lower rate and at thesame time still encouraging export of crude oil.
I know import and export of goods and services between countries makes it develop mutual benefits and good relationships, yes there is always a plan.
I will encourage the collaboration and investment of pharmaceutical companies, electronics and lot more in my country, allowing them to do business, with this I believe will also make the currency of my country stronger and build more allies as a nation.
I will make sure i meet the needs of the masses, and this can be vouched for by my previous works and engagement as a daughter, friend, student and neighbor.( Good name is better than silver and Gold) i know my previous engagement will back up my manifesto.
