Hello hive lovers ☺ i want to share with you the various exercises i do to help me calm and keep myself fit without having stiff bones and joints pains due to sitting for more than 5hours.
Am a pharmacist who work for 8hours straight, somedays it can be more. My premises is registered as a wholesale which means we sell our pharmaceutical products at a large scale to hospitals, retail pharmacy's, chemist and registerd nurses.
The take behind this is that, all pharmaceutical products entered and sold are registered in our computer, and all items bought are typed and printed out for easy accountability and monitoring.
Sitting for so long and typing for customers tend to keep me at one spot for so long.
These are some of the hacks and exercises i do to help me relieve myself from being stiff and to have no pained joint😌 they include
1.packing and assembling the pharmaceutical items for customers in boxes and nylon depending on the quantity that is being bought, this enables me to stand atleast for a few minutes.
2.Arranging pharmaceutical products on the shelf once in a while, expecially when new products just arrives.
3.Taking few minutes break for lunch by working to my home where i stay which is a few minute away from my work place.
4.The chair is a rotating one, so i tend to relax on it and rotate around on it from time to time.
5.I stretch and raise my legs off the floor for few seconds repeatedly.
6.I raise my arms straight out and lift my hands up and down.
7.Most times i stand and sit continously for few minutes, this helps both my legs and arms to relax and feel free.
It is crucial and very important for us to know that incorporating these hacks and exercises our daily routine will help us reduce our sedentary behavior and improve our overall health and well-being ☺
