This is my entry to the Ladies of Hive Week 235 contest.
This grief, in which we are talking about, is one that can bring one to being emotionally down for a moment or period of time. It can come in different ways, but the way is now how to pick oneself up and get out of the shell.
It's not always easy, but it's worth it, as our happiness, joy, and inner peace really matter in everything in which we are doing in life.
There are really several ways in which we would always try to recover from that issue.
Holding God strong in this situation is a great one, knowing that he already bore our grief, sorrows, and pain, and by his grace, would really help us out of it.
Letting go is another good way of doing it. There is that thing that is causing or has really caused you that pain. Trying as much as possible to leave would be very helpful.
Being busy with other things is also a great thing. You can really get by and channel your energy into other things, and in truth, that energy by God's grace would be greatly productive.
Loving oneself is a great one in which we should open our hands widely and embrace at its peak. That emotional pain might be there from one thing or the other or heartbreak, but tell yourself that you really deserve that love.
In all situations, I firmly believe that God is my strength in this life.
We keep trusting in God for everything. 🙏
