Mukimo - never heard of this dish, so I googled it a little bit. Is it a side dish or a main dish? Because I read that this dish is served with stew or meat dishes...

        It's a main dish on it's own and yeah it's served with stew. It's a local specialty (Kenyan) that's why it's not that popular.
