​MY STRUCTURED ROUTINE

Hello ladies of hive. How are you all? Welcome to my blog.
I always increase productivity on daily bases. In my daily life , I take my time to plan and schedule which can help me in one way or the other to prioritize tasks, manage my time, and achieve my goals at the end of the day.

I management my time more often everyday. Due to the fact that I have various activities, ensuring that I make the most of my day.

I also organize myself. It helps me alot. It reduces clutter. I maintain a sense of control.I discipline myself in all areas of my life.

Knowing what I expect from my day reduced anxiety and stress. I always have this idea of what's ahead ,I felt more in control and I was prepared to face the challenges that came my way. I was deeply relieved from stress and anxiety.

I surrounded myself with people who offered emotional support, guidance, and reassurance to me.

MY MORNING AND EVENING RITUALS : Finding groundedness in a busy world.

I have developed two rituals that made my day and help me feel grounded:

MY MORNING RITUAL
My morning ritual is a sacred time for me to connect with myself and set intentions for the day:

Mindful breathing: I begin by sitting comfortably on my chair, closing my eyes , and focusing on my breath. I take slow, deep breaths, feeling the air fill my lungs and then release .

Gratitude practice: Next, i reflect on the things i'm grateful for. This helps me cultivate a positive mindset and appreciate the good things in my life.

Journaling: Then I write down my thoughts, goals ,and insights in my journal. This helps me process my emotions , clarify my thoughts, and I then gain my full perspectives.

Hydration: Finally, I drink a full glass of water to rehydrate after a night of sleep.

MY EVENING RITUAL
My evening ritual is a time for me to unwind , relax, and prepare for a restful night's sleep. Here's how I end my day:

Digital dedox: I start by turning off all my screens- phone, radio, TV to avoid the stimulating effects of technology.

Reading: Next, I settle in with a good novel that enables me to relax in the cool evening and expand more in my knowledge.

Reflection: I then take a few minutes to reflect on my day, acknowledge accomplishments, and identifying areas for improvement.

Meditation: Finally, I practice a short meditation session , focusing on my breath and calming my mind.

ONE DAILY HABIT I COULD NOT LIVE WITHOUT
If I had to choose one daily habit that I could not live without it would be my morning journaling practice. Writing down my thoughts , goals, and insights helps me clarify my mind, process my emotions, and gain perspective . It's a habit that has helped me develope greater self awareness, creativity, and productivity.

By incorporating these morning and evening rituals into my daily routine, I have found a sense of groundedness and balance that helps me navigate life's challenges with greater ease and confidence.
