Language is what we speak everyday all over the world. Each and everyone of us has our different languages. That is why some people are eager and willing to learn some languages which they love so much.
For me me , I speak my language (IGBO) which is my mother tongue everyday. I speak igbo every single day. But do you know what? Is only few people that understands my language. That is because , it is not their mother tongue and is not their language. I see it as a previlage to teach them my language so that they will learn and understand it properly .
I developed deep interest to learn other languages when I was in school. And those languages are English and French languages. I loved those languages so much. I grew with a bit knowledge of French and English. Although, it took me a lot of time and hardwork to learn them. Friends, infact , it was not easy for me at all but at the end , i was glad that i learnt the two languages.
It was an honour and a great achievement for me today that i speak english and smoothly and correctly.
Language, in fact is my identity. Where ever i go today , it is always my identity. People will always identify me with my language. Language also paves way for me. When i go to a country where the citizens speaks only French, because i know their language, I will speak their language correctly and that alone makes them happy. It creats this communication which creates that understanding between the citizens.
