198 LOH; My Friends My Darlings

I'm a person who loves to be in the midst of few people that's why my friends are few, I hate crowded places that's one of the reason it's very rare for me to go to recreational centers except on special occasions.

So I consider myself a person with few friends, my beloved friends from my University days are just two (Aminat & Gloria) and by God's grace next month, our friendship will clock eleven years. I met both of them the first week I was admitted to the university in the year 2013.

It has been a great privilege for me to know these wonderful ladies and on 3rd August, precisely two week ago both of them celebrated their birthday. All of us were both same year but I'm just six days older than them, so literally I'm their elder sis🤣 dey no dey gree sha.🤣

Though Aminat is now married with two kids while myself and Gloria aren't married yet, but that doesn't cause any barrier in our friendship, we all celebrate ourselves at the slightest opportunity that we have.

But nowadays, meeting up between the three of us is now very rare because we are now differently engaged with a lot of work at our various work place. My place of work is far away from the city and the little free time I have I usually spend it with my parents and siblings, so for the three of us to meet up to see physically and interact is now once in a blue moon.

The last time we all had to share wonderful moment together was far back in February this year, it was an amazing moment we used in catching up on each other's lives and also to encourage one another never to give up in the journey of life.

All moments spent with my darling friends are worth it for me and I don't take it for granted at all. Even though I don't get to see them often nowadays, all thanks to technology we get to communicate on the phone and even engage in group video calls when necessary to gist and also share in each other's ups and downs.

Till now I've not seen anyone I can substitute in lieu of my two adorable friends because they are like my blood now and I love them so dearly.
