Pleasant greetings beautiful ladies and the handsome gents who chose to come around and support the community. You all are valued. 😉
Life is full of choices and everyone has freedom but there's a limit on the choices one can make. Likewise, there are certain experiences that happen to us regardless of our choices. Aging is one of them. Just as we don't have the right to decide whether to be born or to pass away, we also can't choose against aging. It's a natural part of life that happens to everyone, regardless of their desires or actions.

Today, a baby is born and before you know it, they're already heading towards adolescent. Next adulthood sets in and they're counting 30, 40, 50 years etc., simply because time passes. Then the physical changes like gray hair, wrinkles, or decreased energy levels will begin to occur.
We didn't choose this, nature did. Therefore, we have no choice but to accept it, and then plan towards a happy aging - for those who live to experience it. Eating a well-balanced diet, regular exercise, and leading a healthy lifestyle are still essential for promoting healthy aging.
Let's face the reality;
There's no amount of anti-aging efforts that can prevent it or reverse the process of aging. They might delay the process, but that's just about it.
As one grows older, it's expected that they have might have gained some level of wisdom, maturity and self awareness. They're to act grown - or rather mature.
Maturing is a lot and it comes with freedom, self-discovery and opportunities. It's a developmental process that leads one to be more responsible, self-aware, self-dependent, and take ownership of their actions. Emotional intelligence, mental control and financial control are also essential aspects of maturity.
To show maturity is to know that you don't arrive late at meetings, you don't behave irrationally or constitute a nuisance, etc.
However, it's solely an individual's decision to either mature or not. You don't need anyone to tell you to "grow up." Even when they do, it's still yours to decide.

It's often said that "A fool at 40 is a fool forever." This implies that by the time someone reaches 40, they should have gained some level of maturity. If they haven't, and still behave like a child, then it means they're yet to grow, and may unlikely do so in time to come.
In conclusion, I'm of the opinion that aging is a paramount phase of life, but maturing is a choice, and everyone has the freedom to choose how they mature. While others may mature as they age, others may age without actually gaining maturity.
Thanks for reading.
