There is this saying that says stay away from anything that give you trouble, though I don't know where it is said or who said it but if there is truly something like that, I will like heeding to the advice because I'm a good girl and anything that will give me trouble like junk food is what I don't deal with.
There is nothing bad in maintaining a healthy lifestyle by eating an healthy food but the moment we get ourselves addicted to junk food, it is really hard to withdraw. There was a time I was like that and it is because I did not have a choice, but the moment I found the result, I look at myself and said well done and since then I choose healthy and delicious food over junk.
Just food is sweet because it has a lots of sugar, salt and fat,I don't know how I do it but it been a while I stayed away from junk food and I've never for once been tempted to taste it because I love the way I feel when I wake up in the morning when I eat healthy food overnight. There is this surge strength that follows the moment I started my day and I know it's because I eat healthily and it makes me feel good.
I'm not good at doing exercise and that is why I chose healthy food over junk food. Eating a proper food full with good flavour and nutrients will definitely give you the full energy you needed. What you eat become a part of you and it is better to eat healthy food and stay healthy.
