Hello ladies, it's another amazing week which means there are two topics from the community competition. hope you all are having a great week.
I love books most especially story books but now I love movies more, and I think me switching from a book girly to movie person is mainly because of the access to technologies like TVs phones laptops and also many available movies for download and streaming on the net. Like i can get to watch a movie with all the crazy display visuals and stunts instead of reading an entire to know the story and trying to picture it in my head. Watching is much easier and enjoyable but reading a huge story book vould be a hassle.
Growing up I was a book girly. I read many many storybooks . luckily in my basic school every academic year in each class all students are supposed to bring a story book which is collected and put into a shelf for the entire class to read during a free period or when a teacher isn't in class.so basically every class had a mini library. Hence I had options and access to different story books everyone had brought for the year. Plus my school used have reading sessions we often start in nursery 4. We used to read the ladybird books, these books had an order each one was level ahead the other and they were numbered.

All this influenced my love for books and reading at a younger age.
Today in my leisure time I'd rather watch a movie than to read a book. But I do read once in a while. I prefer movies because I get to see the visuals playing right in front of my eyes but for story book you need to have a strong imagination to enjoy the book to the max.
As much as I love movies there are other stuffs I do during my leisure too like music playing outdoor game and also mobile games and others
