That's a funny story.
I often leave some spiders alone in my home to help keep down other flying insect pests under control. I find spiders useful creatures that I do not have to resort to using chemical insecticides.

Yes! Spiders are really useful natural pest control for flying insect pests—especially the mosquitoes and flies. Whenever I go around our house it fascinates me how many mosquitoes they're able to catch in their web. Our house is surrounded by plants and damp places, so it's quite abundant with mosquitoes that's why having spiders is kinda a blessing for us ^v^
