You tried your best. It's really up to each of us to encourage newbies to stay and take the time to develop and mature into great bloggers. Don't feel that this is only on your shoulders. When I discover someone I know has left, I feel a loss in our community. I admit it wasn't easy as it looks and I had to lower my expectations before I succeed. For those going to another platform, Hive's format may not suit them.

Yea..I feel a loss too seeing someone I know leaving here, but the truth is that , there is limit to what we can do
