Yes, it boils down to spending less than what you earn. I have more clothes than I need, time for me to give it away to a donation house or shelter. Getting rid of the land line when you already have a smart phone. Having a Budget does make us scrutinize what we needlessly waste our cash on. Inflation this year will make choices tougher.
