Sounds like an authentic dish for all occasions,
Some ingredients are not familiar with me; Ehuru is a form of nutmeg, Potash, a tenderizer? This is hard to find due to some vague health alert I believe. I know a few members of my church are from Nigeria I may be tempted to get their opinion but I am willing to try it on my own first.

We have different kinds of potash, one is too raw while the ones made from palm oil front and Unripe plantain peel is better.
It is a cultural food that is widely accepted.
