Our children's education is so critical and my public school system is so inadequate on academics. Though I know first hand anyone with a learning disability is treated terribly and not taught sufficient thinking skills. I was happy to give up a significant portion of my pension to see my son overcome his disability in a private school but also win two scholarships when he graduated.
