Life is a bed of roses, sometimes we only feel the thorns, alternatively see/smell their beauty.

Text or phone to greetings due to distance of safety in regions, a blessing and curse, I agree nothing beats being face to face with others over a coffee and chat.

Our mental ability to pull ourselves out of anxiety is for some an easy accomplishment, others not so much even when seeking outside intervention.

Thanks for listing the considerations to follow daily, a diary normally helps deciding more important matters to attend to first.
