Bueno llevo bastante tiempo que no publicaba por acá, pero estoy emocionada por regresar a esta comunidad. Ladies of Hive nos plantea dos preguntas esta semana, muy interesantes la verdad, en vez de responder las dos, decidí solamente responder la primera la cual fue la que llamo más mi atención.
Well, it's been quite a while since I last posted here, but I'm excited to be back in this community. Ladies of Hive has asked us two questions this week, both of which are very interesting, to be honest. Instead of answering both, I decided to only answer the first one, which was the one that caught my attention the most.
1️⃣ Si tuvieras la oportunidad, ¿qué tipo de negocio me gustaría montar y por qué?
1️⃣ If given a chance, what type of business would you like to put up, and why
Esta pregunta me hizo pensar mucho en el negocio que más adelante podre alcanzar. Siento que más que un negocio va a ser una meta, una forma de aprendizaje mucho más grande, un objetivo el cual planeo alcanzar. Yo como estudiante de fisioterapia no solo me interesa lograr vivir de mi carrera, con todo el conocimiento que he estado aprendiendo y el cual todavía falta por aprender, sino que también el hecho de que esta meta no solo quiero verla como un negocio, claro por obvias razones me encantaría abrir mi propio consultorio, donde pueda lograr establecerme en un futuro cercano como Lcda. en Fisioterapia, aportando y ayudando a las personas a recuperar su movilidad y mejorar su calidad de vida.
This question made me think a lot about the business I could achieve in the future. I feel that more than a business, it will be a goal, a much greater learning experience, an objective that I plan to achieve. As a physical therapy student, I am not only interested in making a living from my career, with all the knowledge I have been learning and still have to learn, but also in the fact that I don't want to see this goal as just a business. of course, for obvious reasons, I would love to open my own practice, where I can establish myself in the near future as a physical therapist, contributing and helping people regain their mobility and improve their quality of life.
Pero el negocio en este caso, mi propio consultorio, no lo haría simplemente por dinero, que claro el dinero mueve el mundo y es necesario e importante para vivir bien, lo haría a raíz de que me gustaría especializarme en Deportiva, neurológica u oncológica, claro podre trabajar en cualquier ámbito de la carrera, pero me gustaría enfocarme en esas. Mi abuela fue paciente con cáncer, ya hace unos cuantos años partió de este plano físico, pero mientras ella vivía con esa condición me hubiese gustado poder tener las técnicas y conocimientos que tengo ahora e implementarlos en ese momento con ella, como levantarla de la cama, ayudarla a movilizar su cuerpo y evitar las escaras y la atrofia muscular, eran muchas cosas que me gustaría haber hecho con ella. Pero hoy en día a pesar de que no está conmigo físicamente, la llevo presente en mi corazón siempre, y la razón para abrir un consultorio y dedicarme a esto, es que mi negocio sea más que solo algo “normal” sea un lugar seguro para algunas personas que por condiciones de salud no pueden vivir su día a día como les gustaría y allí estraria yo, ayudando a personas como mi abuela y no solo hacerles sus terapias como trabajo, si no estando acompañándolas en todo momento, en su proceso de recuperación y al final sentirme gratamente bendecida y alegre por haber ayudado a los pacientes que necesiten de mi atención.
But in this case, my own practice, I wouldn't do it just for the money, which of course makes the world go round and is necessary and important for living well. I would do it because I would like to specialize in sports medicine, neurology, or oncology. Of course, I could work in any field related to my career, but I would like to focus on those areas. My grandmother was a cancer patient. She passed away a few years ago, but while she was living with that condition, I wish I had had the techniques and knowledge I have now and could have implemented them with her at the time, such as lifting her out of bed, helping her move her body, and preventing bedsores and muscle atrophy. There were many things I wish I could have done with her. But today, even though she is not with me physically, I always carry her in my heart, and the reason for opening a practice and dedicating myself to this is so that my business is more than just something “normal”; it is a safe place for some people who, due to health conditions, cannot live their daily lives as they would like, and there I would be, helping people like my grandmother and not just doing their therapies as a job, but also accompanying them at all times in their recovery process and ultimately feeling pleasantly blessed and happy for having helped patients who need my care.
Bueno esto sería más que una simple propuesta de negocio, sería algo mucho más importante que eso, viéndolo a través de mis ojos, algo que me ayudaría a seguir creciendo como futura profesional, a seguir aprendiendo y seguir entendiendo como funciona el cuerpo humano. A pesar de que fuese un local, en este caso, un consultorio, sería más como un avance para mí, sería el resultado de mis logros y los sueños que he estado rigurosamente organizando tanto en mi mente como en mi corazón.
Well, this would be more than just a business proposal; it would be something much more important than that, seeing it through my eyes, something that would help me continue to grow as a future professional, to continue learning and understanding how the human body works. Even though it would be a physical location, in this case a doctor's office, it would be more like a step forward for me, the result of my achievements and the dreams I have been rigorously organizing in both my mind and my heart.
