I am the protagonist of my life...With more than 6 decades on my life path @captiva-30, and I certainly believe in the importance of knowing ourselves, in order to achieve our dreams, have you ever wondered?.

Every day I remember phrases that help me or have helped me at various stages of my life, such as "Focus on being better every day with yourself and with your life", this phrase is full of an absolute truth that makes me believe that tomorrow will be better.

Our personal growth depends a lot on the decisions we make.

This week, after reading your proposal for this week's contest, I have thought about everything a little, among my many reflections I came to a great conclusion about my immediate dreams, and in the short term there are those that make my daily task easier:

• As much as possible, I don't let the voices in my head beat me; they are not louder than me. We are so wrapped up by the world that we avoid moments of silence and the encounter with our mind causes us terror.

• I like what I have, even the thoughts, those that make me daydream, if they have an important responsibility in our day to day. I mean, it all depends on how we face situations, in many cases, that determines who we are and whether we like what we have.

• Also... I like to travel with a light suitcase, very important to enjoy my company, listen to my thoughts and accept who I am and have.

• I like to remain obedient and disciplined (although I will also lower the intensity a little), so I will say many times that no is no, I will stop doing it, I will stop going, I will do what I have never done, and I have wished with all my soul; but above all I will do more than what makes me happy, because it is now or never, time is running out and I still have many dreams to fulfill, as long as my heartbeat lasts, I keep dreaming of the most precious value that I inherited from my parents "FREEDOM".

On a normal day my dreams are always worth it.

Even though the recent times have been difficult, of dreams in growth and learning, every 24-hour day re-edited my dreams in the face of adversities in life, I have learned to listen to myself in order to recalibrate my sense of life, next to mine, my husband and children who are my compass, my anchor to land, the reason why every day every moment, they complete my life.

If you don't believe in yourself, how hard will you face life, to achieve our dreams? This doubt directly affects our esteem, it is breaking it little by little and that is where the game (the dreams) that we long to fulfill gets stuck.
