LOH229 || This is how love is nourished ...

I love being at home, quiet, protected in peace, reading, studying or doing any manual activity, like my husband's favorite cheesecake.... but I also need nature, contact with people, I love the street too.

When it's really hot I go to walk inside iKea, a very big department store that has 4 floors and is the size of a shopping mall.

I like to walk down the avenue to take the metro....me he likes to wonder, to think about what people are doing, or what they will be thinking...as they walk, look at their faces at the children, the older ones.

In the possible, on weekends and sometimes during the week I talk to people, we exchange wisdom, there are old people (elderly people) waiting for me in the park, to coincide and conversar....de a little bit of everything...very funny for me.

In the viewpoint, something like the park of your city, close to your house for example @elizabethbit, forgiving the distances because they are a few kilometers that I walk, I always pick up stones, plants.

It's about finding moments... This is how self-love and self-esteem are nurtured.

For my husband and I, going out to the beach is the backwater. It is the full bliss, to throw into the sea whatever it is that generates anxiety for us.

Doing it is a pleasure, especially on weekends, with the radiant sun, there in front of the sea we choose each other again, we leave almost levitating, in love and grateful for the privilege of being together, with this kind tropic that embraces us, thank God we will soon celebrate 48 years of marriage, and we are making plans to go on a trip.

Let me tell you Elizabeth, it is true that even inside our house or outdoors calamities, illnesses stress us out, because the reality I have in my environment in my country is overwhelming, it can even sometimes wreak havoc on my life.

And it is precisely for these reasons that I am writing this post, because we have to look for joy in simplicity, in the gifts of nature and let the waves of the sea take away the hardships and that love is stirred up like foam when the wave breaks on the shore of the beach at my feet.
