Progressively and irreversibly, in the 20th century, the so-called feminist movements were achieving, despite the inertias and oppositions, achievements after achievements, from the right to suffrage and equality before the law, although not fully the latter and in many societies little progress has been made.
Years ago I am a support of a multidisciplinary team in a foundation of gender violence, I'm going to tell you about Irene who came to the foundation with a strong depression, she was with a guy (man) who did not value her, always castrated her, did not let her breath, in addition to physical, mental and verbal abuse.
He told her one day in public in front of co-workers to behave for the first time in her life, but she wasn't doing anything out of line, she was being her.
Then they separated, she managed to set up a small business (baking), she gave jobs to other women, and today she feels comfortable in her skin, that's why she's doing spectacular, she's successful... That's what I call empowerment and its meaning implies giving the power, the control to change the things that personally or socioeconomically disadvantage both men and women.
I have also been a volunteer in the rehabilitation unit for adolescents in street situations, we work to promote health, well-being, safety in them, who will encourage a life free of violence, recognize their life purpose, work self-esteem, resilience, recognize their talents and put them into practice... among other things.
It was a multidisciplinary team working for months with the aim of saving the boys from falling into a street situation. Really comforting when they resumed studies, got a job and had a sexual preventive...no everyone listened to the call, but it was the same for everyone without discrimination. That program was discontinued...🤐
As for women, they are increasingly taking this more seriously, working to get better jobs and salaries, being competitive in creativity, knowledge and entrepreneurship, as well as working collectively to end violence and discrimination.
At least it is no longer a secret and the issue is very visible, when a woman is empowered and advances, we all do it together and if our men join this crusade then the world can be transformed.
I think that sorority and feminism involve related situations that help to advance from the perspective of women committed to the ethical, professional, political, and gender equality side.
It's not about what we're doing, but how we're doing it, and leaving no one behind.
The Moderna woman has decided to be free, to make her own decisions and not to subordinate herself to the man. She assumes her decision to leave the patriarchal macho community, without renouncing her feminine identities, as mother, wife, sister, daughter, or her religious and cultural beliefs, but with the understanding that they do so from their own freedom and assume the need to educate themselves to enhance that same freedom.
I have a vision that we can move forward together. That is why our wings are rising more than ever in favor of the human, the basic and the emotional that it takes us to advance from our good deeds.
Today and every day, we are wise, free, empowered, cultured, noble-hearted women, but fierce lionesses capable of raising the sword for Truth and Justice, the real one.
I value every woman who wants to move forward with empowering and sustainable good intentions.

This is my advice for the relay generations. Forget fear, doubt do not allow any external distraction or your own insecurity to stop you in your goals, because every word, every thought you say is powerful, keep your mindfulness and your power in every intention, so keep betting and investing in yourself.
We are women promoting our being as women, our skills and abilities, our way of relating and doing business, together Ladies Of Hive team, @trucklife-familia, we make more and more women from each country where we are writing through this open Hive window, country and culture, empowerment, networking and above all energy and impetus of extraordinary women leaders.
That they are instructed not only academically in the area they like, but also for life, in developing soft skills, in approaching the manual arts, knowing a trade well, speaking another language well, not losing contact with nature, exercising and interacting with people related to their life goals.
And if you have musical skills, learning to play an instrument or sing is extraordinary to unite us more. Music is poetry that brings calm to our being.
