You're not alone in having premenstrual disorder... I am one of those whose anxiety is triggered during the monthly period. That is understandable but can be managed if you know how to.
For me, whenever my mind is stressed, I just calm myself and ignore the people who cause it. Otherwise, I'll be irritated and that'll ruin my day.
I heard meditation can help cope with this issue.

Yeah. Meditation also helps. I could stay with great music and just feel all my anxiety wash away. Thanks for your lovely comment.
