        Hello @ibbtammy change of skin, it is a change of letting go of the old so that the new comes, it is to make insight and let die what no longer works for me and orient myself to action at my pace and compas with what it produces me calm in my soul when my gaze is inward.

        How is your experience with your skin change, ti be in calm?
