1️⃣ You've earned the money to buy a house, and you have two options. The first is a big, beautiful house, but one whose best years are behind it. It needs a lot of repairs and remodeling, and therefore its price is low. The second option is a small house. It's not as beautiful as the previous one, but you don't have to invest time or money in repairs so its price is much higher than the previous one. What do you choose? Are you on the "repair to my liking" team or the "buy everything ready and fast" team?

2️⃣ In my country, school vacation is over, while in others, summer has just ended. What preparations are you making for your home and routine for the coming months?

1️⃣ The thought of this is stressful and needs very sensitive decision-making, and I try so hard to get a picture representation of the options, but it's kinda vague in my mind.
After much thought, calculation, and analysis, I'd go with the second option, so it's safe to say I'm team Buy Everything Ready and Fast and I'd say why.
As much as option one features seem appealing considering the size and lesser cost, the whole repairs and remodelling is sure to cost a fortune, take time, and require excessive efforts. When we talk about remodelling it entails a lot for example the building in quote is likely to be built in the days when modernization and architect wasn't complex /civilized, remodeling it means altering the whole architectural structure/model of the building, adding modern features, changing almost everything about the house to suit my taste and give it a standard look and that's a lot of unexpected expenditure, time and resources plus I'm not even a fan of big houses and I definitely don't like stress.
On the other hand, I get a small building/house, though it may not be beautiful, I don't need to remodel and do tons of repairs, at most I just need to alter the painting and some little touches here and there, and everything is cool and time is saved.
So after considering these two options and weighing the expenses, small house it is.

2️⃣ I'm a Nigerian, and currently,inn my country, the school break has just come to an end, and things are slowly getting back to the usual routine. Students are back in their uniforms, classrooms are open, and parents are once again busy managing school schedules.
In fact, it's safe to say school will be resuming tomorrow. I have two who will be going into a new class entirely and that's a lot of weight on parents and guardians. It means New Exercise books, New Uniforms, New pairs of socks, New Textbooks, and probably new sandals so that they can start better and properly.
At home, I am focusing on building a steady routine. I try to wake up earlier, plan my meals ahead of time, and create space for my daily tasks. I also arranged and cleaned my room so that it is neat and comfortable for both studying and resting. Staying organized always helps me concentrate better and manage my time well.
Another preparation is proper budgeting. School requirements often demand extra spending, so I am setting aside money for fees, supplies, and other important needs. This makes it easier to avoid stress and stay on track.
I am also choosing healthier habits. I want to eat more balanced food, rest properly, and include a little exercise in my dayItt will keep me strong and active. On the emotional side, I am encouraging myself to remain positive, prayerful, and focused as this new season begins.
Also, in the coming months, my family and I are planning and saving towards making this Christmas a successful and memorable one as always. Plus we are planning on relocating from our current residence to a nice and spacious place with proper security
