El mundo actual está lleno de estrés, plazos y demasiadas cosas que hacer. ¿Cuál es tu método antiestrés favorito para salir adelante?

Cómo bien lo dice la pregunta, en este mundo actual es difícil no estresarse por tantas situaciones de las cuales muchas la solución escapa de nuestras manos, les traigo como ejemplo la situación economica de mi pais Venezuela y otra que también me causo muchísimo estres en su momento fue la llegada del COVID 19.Sin embargo estas me han hecho mas fuerte y me dejaron un gran aprendizaje

As the question says, in today's world it is difficult not to be stressed by so many situations of which the solution is out of our hands, I bring you as an example the economic situation of my country Venezuela and another that also caused me a lot of stress at the time was the arrival of COVID

Les mencioné estás dos porque en su momento el nivel de preocupación por ambas elevó mis niveles de estrés que impacto directamente afectando mi salud, entre ellas la hipertensión arterial, ansiedad y depresión. Sin embargo esto me llevo a reflexionar y entendí que todo esto le sumaba y daba más fuerza a los problemas, además no solucionaba nada.

I mentioned these two because at the time the level of concern for both raised my stress levels that directly affected my health, including high blood pressure, anxiety and depression. However, this led me to reflect and I understood that all this added and gave more strength to the problems, besides it did not solve anything.

El mejor método que utilizo como antiestres es ocuparme y hacer una lista de la posibles soluciones a cualquier problema. Ante la crisis económica de mi país, pues aprendí a resolver con lo que tengo en casa lo mucho o poco que podia comprar y no pensar en las cosas que me hacen falta, un ejemplo con la comida al momento de preparar el desayuno, almuerzo o cena aprendí a realizar recetas con muy pocos ingredientes y me quedaban maravillosas. También me adentre en el mundo del emprendimiento y esto lo descubrí durante el tiempo de confinamiento por el COVID 19. Para terminar les aconsejo que debemos dejar de preocuparnos y más bien ocuparnos con fin de buscar la mejor solución a los problemas que de ellos la mayoría de las veces recibimos una gran enseñanza

The best method I use as an anti-stress is to take care of myself and make a list of possible solutions to any problem. Faced with the economic crisis in my country, I learned to solve with what I have at home the little or much that I could buy and not think about the things that I need, an example with food when preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner I learned to make recipes with very few ingredients and they were wonderful. I also entered the world of entrepreneurship and I discovered this during my time of confinement in COVID 19. In conclusion I advise you that we should stop worrying and rather occupy ourselves in order to find the best solution to the problems that most of the time we receive a great teaching from them.
