Ladies of Hive Community Contest #184 know my biggest lesson since I became a mother?[ ESP|ENG]

in Ladies of Hive7 months ago

Greetings my dear community @ladiesofhive ❤️ a very special one for all the women of this platform, I welcome you to my blog in this week #184, where I feel very motivated to participate in the initiative with a question proposed by the dear @trucklife-family that immediately moved me to the most beautiful memory of a woman as is the moment of bringing into the world another being, for whom we feel an indescribable love and in his first words changes our lives when he calls us mom. This question has taken me back almost 30 years when my first child was born.

Well, as the question says, motherhood is rewarding and challenging at the same time. Well, I learned my greatest lessons with the arrival of my first son, with him I could practically experience everything, including maturing since I became a mother very young, however I feel that nature is wise and that mother's instinct to care for and protect our children since we carry them in the womb we have kept it inside every woman, a very obvious example we see in animals.

_Motherhood is both rewarding and challenging. What has been one of your greatest lessons since becoming a mother?

As I mentioned before, I was a very young first-time mother in a city where I did not have the support of my family, almost all of them live far away, that is why I related the maternal instinct with that of animals. I learned everything alone with a baby that at the beginning you are afraid to even hold it because of how fragile and delicate they look. First of all it changes your whole life, your daily routine to which you are used to, I think the most difficult in the first months of life is sleep, you sleep with one eye open and the other closed hahaha, well let alone when they get sick, there are so many things you do not know that there is an anecdote that was my great lesson and I can never forget.

At that time I was alone at home, my husband was working, I was new in the urbanization where we lived, I did not even know the name of the neighbors, and as you know at that time I did not have the technology of a cell phone, I do not remember if they existed or if there were few people who had it, I don't remember if they existed or if there were only a few people who had one, anyway, at that time I was in the comfort of my home, the clothes I had were not adequate to go out in the street, even in my desperation I lost a sandal when I ran into the street to ask for help and I went barefoot. A neighbor helped me and took me to the hospital. After my child was stable, I realized the state I was in, barefoot, practically wearing pajamas and without a penny to pay for transportation to go home, at first I felt sorry for myself because people were watching me a lot and the only option I had was to walk or ask someone to help me go home, However, my biggest surprise was that the neighbors detailed my state and desperation and did not leave, they stayed outside the hospital and waited for me all that time, when I saw them, at first I felt like crying because they were people I was just getting to know and I received a great support from them at that time when I needed it so much.

With this long story that I told you, I learned that once you are a mother, for a child you are capable of anything and when his health or life is at stake, we do not look anywhere to protect and take care of him.

Saludos y bendiciones¡
