Sounds like a great routine for you! One thing I've recently begun doing in the morning is soon after waking, I drink 8 ounces of water. Our bodies are dehydrated after sleep, and research says it re-hydrates and gives energy for the day. I am seeing that it might just be true as I do seem to have more energy to face the day.
