I know exactly what you mean! Some years ago, I was an assistant manager for a big box retail store. I was thrown into working with one of my department managers as our store was short staffed and the garden center requires a lot of man power and muscle, even though it was just mainly the two of us trying to work it. She told me she admired me because no matter what, she saw me as someone who just went ahead and did things regardless of how hard they might be. I was shocked, because I sure didn't feel that way!

We tend to be our own worst enemies at times, but know that you are confident in what you do and you do it well!
