We crave and need sleep. I tend to stay up too late as well. If it weren't for the 3 plus alarms I set, I too, would be late! I think self discipline might be both of our problems. It is so tempting to stay up "just a little bit longer", which turns into a little bit more until it's much later than we plan. Perhaps both of us need to set a limitation on how late we stay up and really stick to it!
I am facing that scenario tonight, and my intention is to be in bed by 10:30 PM instead of the almost midnight usual time.
