Mental Health: only around half of people describe their mental health as good, unable to switch off from work, etc. How do you cope in an ever-changing world?
This particular topic hits too close to home but over the years I've learnt something that works for me and unfortunately I'm a part of the ones that'll get so sucked up in work and forget the real world exists at all.

How do I learn to cope? I stop forcing myself to do the things that make me feel guilty or make me restless after. So if doing something for someone will make me feel a type of way I owe it to myself to take a step back and rethink the plan.
Secondly, I've developed the habit of reading self help books mostly but suckered for good knowledge so it helps me stay stable especially on those slow days or the ones that just feel icky.

Thirdly, I crochet I'm looking to learn new art forms in the future but for now this is all I've got😅 crocheting or making art has a way of silencing the works, doesn't pressure you, it just keeps you do your thing at your own pace and I've grown to love it over time so it's my go to all day any day.
Lastly I listen, a lot , a little too much though. See the cracks in people and help seal it up, listen to someone vent and make them smile, make the silliest comments to ease tension and honestly just existing like a free bird has made so much difference and I'm happy I found myself in the midst of all that noise.
