Greetings friends of the #LadiesofHive community, with this week's edition, where we are invited to reflect with the questions of our dear @elizabethbit, here is my participation:

1.- Are you one of those who prefer to be indoors or outdoors? Tell us what you prefer, why and what you like to do there. If you can, send us a photo of the activity

In particular, looking back, my day to day life was always full of activities, from work to university and getting home to take care of the housework, even when it was stressful, I always made time for a well-deserved holiday. Now that the years have passed and I have matured both physically and emotionally, I feel that the ideal environment, whether at home or outside, is actually made by each one of us with our attitude.

Every day we are presented with different nuances, as women we are exposed to all kinds of stimuli to react in one way or another to external events, so they are reasons that are constantly changing our moods, they can be interior or exterior, voluntary or involuntary, temporary or prolonged.

The good thing is that I have the option to create my world, I mean my personal space, my home, decorating it to my taste, it is the place where I spend most of my time. Every morning while I drink my coffee, I look for that moment to nourish myself with a daily dose of spiritual food that I download on my phone, they are themes of spiritual and personal help, inspired by the word of God and it is part of my immovable habits to start my day with the best attitude.

Writing on Hive has helped me in a positive way to discover articles with fresh, authentic and relevant content, it is more than just having a blog, because of the diverse topics of the creators who talk about self-help, art, beauty, wellness, relationships, self-improvement and games, all of which help us to grow, get inspired and connect.

I like to walk and I do it every other day, shaking my body allows me to find moments of joy and emotional balance, near my residence with green areas, I love the contact with nature, I take advantage of those moments, as well as every time I have the opportunity to travel to the beach, it is about 45 minutes away by car, I love it and also for all the benefits it brings to my health.

Other things I enjoy is meeting positive people who contribute, going out to eat, to the cinema, with my daughter and family and with friends, to enjoy, because I feel that we deserve those moments of relaxation that help us to distract ourselves, to have fun, to be happy, to be grateful to see the beauty of life. Having the opportunity to enjoy both the sea and the mountain environment is a blessing and I thank God for it.

My ideal environment is both indoors and outdoors, in my home I create my own world and I love to have time outdoors, i.e. without obligations, in both I can create spaces for tranquillity, fun, recreation and to distract myself and create a positive state of mind.

2.- Daylight saving time: either you love it or you hate it. If your country participates in it, or even if not, what do you think? If you had the choice between keeping ‘normal’ time or daylight saving time, which would you choose and why? Do you think that the earlier and later times should be eliminated?.

From what I have researched, daylight saving time is a practice used in many countries whereby the clock is put forward or back by one or two hours in the months of greatest sunshine, from April to October.

This period covers part of spring, all of summer and part of autumn, with the intention of saving energy. Among other things, the time change can cause drowsiness, fatigue, irritability and mood swings.

According to the Google website, keeping standard time throughout the year is much better for our circadian rhythms, health and general well-being. They also point out that these circadian rhythms are physical and mental changes that occur in the body in a 24-hour cycle and are controlled by the brain's biological clock.

Currently my country, Venezuela, has standard time, it does not participate in daylight saving time, and I know from people from other countries who have said that they want standard time, but they have had to adapt, especially if it has to do with changes in the climate that best suits them.

1.- ¿Eres de los que prefieren estar en casa o al aire libre? Cuéntanos qué prefieres, por qué y qué es lo que más te gusta hacer allí. Si puedes, envíanos una foto de la actividad

En lo particular, echando una mirada hacia atrás, siempre mi día a día era de muchas actividades, del trabajo a la universidad y llegar a casa a ocuparme de las labores domésticas, aun cuando me producía estrés, siempre sacaba el tiempo para unas merecidas vacaciones. Ahora que han pasado los años y he madurado tanto física como emocionalmente, siento que el ambiente ideal ya sea en el hogar o fuera de él, en realidad lo hacemos cada uno de nosotros con nuestra actitud.

Todos los días se nos presentan con diferentes matices, como mujeres estamos expuestas a todo tipo de estímulos para reaccionar de una o de otra forma ante los eventos exteriores, entonces son motivos que nos están cambiando constantemente los estados de ánimo, pueden ser interiores o exteriores, voluntarios o involuntarios, pasajeros o prolongados.

Lo bueno de todos es que tengo la opción de buscar crear mi mundo, me refiero a mi espacio personal, a mi casa, decorándola a mí gusto, es el lugar donde dedico gran parte de mi tiempo. Cada mañana mientras tomo mi café, busco ese momento para nutrirme con una dosis diaria de alimento espiritual qué descargo en mi teléfono, son temas de ayuda espiritual y personal, inspiradas en la palabra de Dios y forma parte de mis hábitos inamovibles para iniciar mi día con la mejor actitud.

Escribir en Hive me ha ayudado en forma positiva para descubrir artículos con contenido fresco, auténtico y relevante, es más que tener un blog, por los diversos temas de los creadores que hablan de autoayuda, arte, belleza, bienestar, relaciones, superación personal y los juegos, todo ello nos ayuda a crecer, inspirarse y conectar.

Me gusta caminar y lo hago día por medio, sacudir mi cuerpo me permite encontrar momentos de alegría y equilibrio emocional, cerca de mi residencia con áreas verdes, me encanta el contacto con la naturaleza, aprovecho esos momentos, así como cada vez que tengo la oportunidad de viajar a la playa, me queda como a 45 minutos en carro, me encanta y además por todos los beneficios que trae para la salud.

Otras cosas que disfruto es encontrarme con personas positivas que aportan, salir a comer, al cine, con mi hija y familia y con amigas, para disfrutar, porque siento que merecemos esos momentos de esparcimiento que nos ayudan a distraernos, divertirnos para estar contenta, ser agradecida de ver lo bello de la vida. Tener la oportunidad de disfrutar tanto del mar como el ambiente de montañas es una Bendición y agradezco a Dios por ello.

Mi entorno ideal es tanto interior y exterior, en mi hogar lo hago creando mi propio mundo y me encanta tener un tiempo al aire libre, es decir sin obligaciones, en ambos puedo dar lugar a espacios de tranquilidad, diversión, recreación y que me sirva para distraerme y crear un estado de ánimo positivo.

2.- Horario de verano: o te encanta o lo odias. Si tu país participa en él, o incluso si no, ¿qué opinas? Si pudieras elegir entre mantener el horario "normal" o el horario de verano, ¿cuál elegirías y por qué? ¿Crees que se deberían eliminar los adelantos y los atrasos?

Por lo que he investigado, el cambio del horario en el verano es una práctica que se utiliza en muchos países y consiste en adelantar o atrasar el reloj una o dos horas los meses de mayor insolación, de abril a octubre.

Este periodo cubre parte de la primavera, todo el verano y parte del otoño, con la intención de ahorrar energía. Entre otras cosas, el cambio de horario puede causar somnolencia, fatiga, irritabilidad y cambios en el estado de ánimo.

Según la Web de Google, mantener el horario estándar durante todo el año es mucho mejor para nuestros ritmos circadianos, nuestra salud y bienestar general. También señalan que estos ritmos circadianos, son cambios físicos y mentales que ocurren en el cuerpo en un ciclo de 24 horas y son controlados por el reloj biológico del cerebro.

Actualmente mi país, Venezuela, tiene el horario estándar, no participa en el horario de verano, y sé por personas de otros países que han manifestado que desean el horario normal, sin embargo han tenido que adaptarse, en especial si tienen que ver con los cambios del clima que mejor les favorezca.
