One major reason why I don’t worry myself is that life is full of ups and downs. There are days when I will be very happy about everything going on in my life and there are days when I may not be really satisfied.
There are even days when I will wake up on the wrong side of the bed.
In life, we have good days and not-so-good days, I think that on a not-very-good day, eating something special — a typical dish, a dessert, a delicious snack — manages to raise those spirits, I would love for you to share a recipe for that wonderful dish that makes the joy return and makes your day better.
Before talking about eating, one thing I always make sure that I understand is that everyday isn’t Christmas and I can’t be happy everyday. When I eventually think like this, I always feel free that the sadness in me disappears and if that happens, I will be able to eat.
When I’m trying to be happy on a day that is not so good, I don’t cook. That’s because I don’t enjoy cooking and I want to make sure that I don’t do anything I don’t like on a not so good day.
I get cakes and ice cream. I could have shared a recipe, right? But I don’t know how to make either of the two. I only go to buy it, lock myself up in my room and watch movies. I will just make sure that I practice Netflix and chills at home and that’s one of the best and fastest ways to get me back in a very good mood.
On a day that is not so good, we tend to think about so many things that may even make us more sad and it is our duty to revive the happiness in us.
