To all my Elegant and "Health-Conscious Ladies of Hive", a Warm greetings my queens! I'm super grateful for an amazing opportunity to share again with you all my thoughts 💭 this week. It’s has always been my pleasure to connects with very strong, beautiful women and men alike who are passionate about their "lifestyle and well-being".

Why I Proudly Belong to the Healthy Team

  • Food, they often say, is medicine and for me, it’s more than just that. It is a sacred gift that always fuels both the body and soul. I proudly identify myself with the healthy team because my daily food choices truly reflect my respect for my body and long-term well-being.

I don’t prefer the junk food at all — not even now, not ever. In fact, I hardly even taste it. There’s nothing at all really appealing to me about processed meals loaded with sugar, saturated fats, and also artificial ingredients. While many may always crave for the temporary pleasure they offer, I only choose lasting wellness over fleeting satisfaction.

Home-Cooked Goodness: My Everyday Delight

  • Instead of me trying to strike a balance between between healthy food and junk, I’ve indeed built a lifestyle that revolves around nutritious, home-cooked meals. These very meals are either prepared by myself, my loving mother, my thoughtful siblings, or my trusted friends*. Each dish is obviously not just made with ingredients but with much love, care, and intentionality.

Whether be it a pot of fresh vegetable soup, a plate of an unpolished rice with grilled fish, or our native delicacies so rich in fiber and nutrients, I always ensure that what certainly enters my body is nourishing. It’s not about the dieting, it’s about choosing what truly honours my health daily.

A Lifestyle Rooted in Intentional Choices
Being a part of this healthy team is not just about what I eat but it’s a lifestyle. It do reflects my self-respect, discipline, and the value I do place on living a full and vibrant life. I prioritize my well-being definitely, not just for a day, but for many healthy years to come.
