LOH#255: My Comfort Or Nothing.

Hello Ladies… welcome to my blog. One of the things that I so much love is comfort and no matter how much comfort costs, I always see myself going for it. So for this week I will be responding to this question

You’ve earned the money to buy a house, and you have two options. The first is a big, beautiful house, but one whose best years are behind it. It needs a lot of repairs and remodeling and therefore its price is low. The second option is a small house. It’s not as beautiful as the previous one, but you don’t have to invest time or money in repairs so its price is much higher than the previous one. What do you choose? Are you on the “repair to my liking” or the “buy everything ready and fast” team?

Yes I belong to the “repair to my liking” team, just like I stated that I love comforts and I can go all out of my way to get comfort. Yes I know most times comfort can be expensive and entails patience to get it and I prefer waiting patiently and spending to get comfort.

Remodeling an old house is a better option for me because the house will be repaired to my comfort and the new designs will be done perfectly to my taste. Also this will now be a permanent one for me because where it had issues will be properly checked.

I will be a part of the house because remodeling the house will entails me bringing my thoughts and ideas in order to make the house fit and comfortable for me rather than choosing a small house because of fear of investing time and money into it.
So I will excitedly choose a big house that needs remodeling and repair it to my taste especially with that fact the house is big and I love big and comfortable space that gives me the comfort I deserve.

A brand new house are priced out of my affordability.
I was fortunate to find an older house that was remarkably similar to the one I grew up in so redecorating was surprisingly minimal. It still needed some upgrades and fixes that I was able to do with the help of my sons. It wasn't long that my house became a home.
