Social media has driven people crazy. Just to become viral they go on doing acts that are inappropriate. They don't even care they .ay be damaging to their kids.

About maturity, I would say that age doesn't guarantee it. I have seen 50 years old mistreating their kids and 22 years old be very kind to their kids.
Yes, maturity is important but how we are going to measure it!...... certainly not on the basis of age.

Discipline is another important aspect and one the most difficult attributes to attain. It needs consistency, a tough love,a sense of responsibility and honesty. Unless parents are the.selves disciplined they cannot develop a disciplined child.because children emulate us.

About selflessness, I stopped and thought for a while can a parent be not selfless. Then I got the answer in affirmative. I have seen parents who prioritise themselves onver their kids. Consequently kids are deprived of the attention they need.
