At the end of it all, I just hugged my problem. I was in need of an apartment sometime ago and I met one other lady who was in the same shoes as mine so I suggested we rented a hostel and she accepted. Immediately, we started soughting for a hostel to rent and we found a place to stay and we started getting along with each other.
At first, I thought I was the one with the greatest problems on earth because I’ve been trying to get an apartment for sometime now but I didn’t get it.
Finally, the lady and I got along with each other. I even realized she has more problems than myself. She’s a single mother with two kids and just got duped of over $1000 which is a lot of money here in Nigeria.
After listening to so many things she has passed through, I felt so sad for her and I realized that everyone has their problems.
What have I learned from this?
I learned that we all have our problems and sometimes we complain that we are not living the life we want or we have not fulfilled our dream lifestyle.
So when you have a problem, just hug it and move forward.
When you start complaining and trying to compare people’s problem to yours, you will begin to give yourself some headache.
Just hug your problem and be grateful for it. Some people are living worse lifestyle and be grateful for whatever condition you’re in.
