Sorry about the passing of your mother eight months ago. I know it's been months but the thought of it feels like it was just yesterday. Trading your post gives me an opinion of how good, kind, loving, generous your mum was. It's hard to let go, painful to recount, only time can heal what was lost. Celebrating her life is one way of dealing with the pain.
I can understand for I just recently lost a very dear person so close to my heart, my mother-in-law who I became more closer than my own mother.
Her values will live on through you and your siblings.
