Here I am with a Leatherman (mine has a knife, a serrated knife, and a saw) and a dedicated pocket knife, and a literal gun.

I have a pen and small notepad in the car, but I found I don't use them enough to warrant carrying them.

I do carry a flashlight. Between dealing with stuff at night and fixing things in dark places, it is absolutely essential.

        That's a pretty sensible EDC. I used to carry a flashlight when I went camping more, but these days the flashlight function on my phone has replaced it in most cases.
