Today is Hive Power Up Day! Someone asked me why I participate in Hive Power Up Day even though I don't post blogs regularly.
Firstly, I believe in Hive. Among the cryptocurrencies available, I find the Hive blockchain the most enjoyable and engaging. This is largely due to the fantastic games it offers, such as Splinterlands, RisingStar, and Dcrops. These games have become an integral part of my daily routine, providing both entertainment and a sense of community.
Secondly, I want to support the Hive community by upvoting content. Even though I don't post blogs regularly, I can still contribute to the community and earn rewards through upvoting and engaging with others. This month, for instance, I posted only six blogs but managed to earn 28 HP, primarily through my active participation in upvoting and interacting with other community members.
By powering up, I increase my voting power, which allows me to make a more significant impact in supporting quality content and creators within the Hive ecosystem. It’s a way of giving back to the community that I enjoy being a part of. I am curious to see how much I can earn and contribute after today’s power-up, and I look forward to continuing my journey with Hive.
The greater the power-up, the bigger the bee you get on the badge. To get the huge bee badge, I will have to power up 1000 HP. Since it is one of my goals to earn that badge at least once, I will power up 1000 HP today. This will get me the gigantic bee badge.
Although I aim to complete the whole year's badges, unfortunately I missed the month of March. Despite this, I am excited to continue participating in Hive Power Up Day in the future.
This will be my biggest power-up, increasing my total HP by 1000 to 2628 HP. My initial goal was to reach 2000HP but after this power-up, my next goal is to reach 3000HP by the end of the year.
