1st pedagogical congress of teachers (Eng/Esp)

To know and make known the research that is being carried out in the Venezuelan teaching profession is very important when it comes to making or applying innovations in the educational field. Teachers from all over Venezuela gathered in this event called: 1st pedagogical congress of teachers, where several research works ranging from undergraduate theses, through research work of masters and doctoral theses were exposed.

Specifically, this event was held in the facilities of the educational complex "José Silverio Gonzalez", located in the main street of the Bolivariano neighborhood, in the city of Cumaná, Sucre state. This congress is part of the programming of the Ministry of People's Power for Education, where several phases were planned, namely: the first one was held at institutional level, then the circuit congress was held where several teachers per institution participated, then the municipal congress was held and this is the state stage.

The main objective of this congress is to collectively build proposals to defend and improve the quality of education in the country from a very Venezuelan perspective. It is worth mentioning that teachers from all levels of education participated, including preschool, primary, special education, secondary, technical high school, Robinson mission and Ribas mission.

In this congress, several work tables were held, composed of a specific number of teachers from different municipalities. In each of these spaces, several generating questions were asked in order to initiate the debate, answer the question, and make proposals accordingly. As far as I am concerned, the question was directed to the way
to train teachers to encourage communities, parents and representatives in an innovative way, considering digital and technological aspects.

The aim is to gather in a single document the proposals to improve many aspects of the educational task, especially in the following aspects: access and permanence in school, full compliance with timetables, teaching staff, continuous pedagogical innovation, the Bolivarian ideology, family participation, artificial intelligence, social networks, neurodivergence, strengthening of the educational community, school culture of peace and convenience. In addition, sustainable development, food sovereignty, and solidarity in education.

Conocer y dar conocer las investigaciones que se vienen realizando en el magisterio venezolano es muy importante a la hora de hacer o aplicar novedades en el ámbito educativo. Las maestras y los maestros de toda Venezuela reunidos en este evento denominado: 1er congreso pedagógico de maestras y maestros, donde se expondrían varios trabajos de investigación que van desde tesis de pregrado, pasando por trabajos de investigación de magister y tesis doctorales.

Específicamente este evento se llevó a cabo en las instalaciones del complejo educativo "José Silverio Gonzalez", ubicado en la calle principal del barrio Bolivariano, en la ciudad de Cumaná, estado Sucre. Este congreso forma parte de la programación del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Educación, donde se plantearon varias fases, a saber: la primera se realizó a nivel institucional, luego se realizó el congreso circuital donde participaron varios docentes por institución, posteriormente se realizó el municipal y este que es la etapa estatal.

El objetivo principal de este congreso es construir colectivamente propuestas para defender y mejorar la calidad educativa del país desde una perspectiva muy venezolana, es bueno resaltar que participaron docentes de todas las instancias desde educación inicial o preescolar, primaria, educación especial, secundaria, media técnica, misión Robinson y misión Ribas.

En este congreso se realizaron varias mesas de trabajo compuestas por una cantidad específica de docentes de diferentes municipios. En cada uno de estos espacios se realizaron varias preguntas generadoras a objeto de iniciar el debate, responder la pregunta, y hacer propuestas en consecuencia. En lo que a mi respecta la interrogante estaba dirigida a la forma
de capacitar a los docentes para incentivar a las comunidades, padres y representantes de una manera innovadora, considerando los aspectos digitales y tecnológicos.

Se aspira recoger en un solo documento las propuestas para mejorar muchos aspectos del quehacer educativo sobretodo en los siguientes aspectos: acceso y permanencia escolar, cumplimiento íntegro de los horarios, plantilla docente, innovación pedagógica continúa, el ideario bolivariano, participación de la familia, inteligencia artificial, redes sociales, neurodivergencia, fortalecimiento de la comunidad educativa, cultura escolar de paz y conveniencia. Además el desarrollo sostenible, soberanía alimentaria, y solidaridad en educación.
