My love for action movie is second to none but you see this movie guys it's top notch it's incredible it's funny and you're not gonna watch it just once it will want to make you watch it over and over again and trust me each time feels like the first time I can tell you because this is like my tenth time of watching this movie and I just thought to share it with you guys and trust me guys you're going to love this movie is not just your regular king of action movies this is unique and spectacular
The movie tells of two lifelong friends who have devoted their lives in public service as detectives in Miami police department but things turned around for them when their life was threatened by an unknown assassin
THE PLOT
The movie BAD BOYS FOR LIFE begins with a dramatic action scene of a mysterious diabolic and deadly woman Isabel Aretas who have spent half of her years in the prison cell and had planned her escape by killing one of the police chief of Miami because she was responsible for her son's death She recruited a team of very deadly assassins to take revenge on those responsible for the death of her husband having trained her son Armando Armas to be one of the most deadly assassin she gave him the assignment to be the one to murder each of his father's killer it's what you can call a death hunt down
This is where Mike Lowrey came to play Uncle Mike as the call him was a detective at the Miami police department as a young handsome guy who have spent most his bachelor's year living a luxurious lifestyle and was believed to have never been gun down by anyone before had to face the rot of the angry assassin Armando and for the first time in his years of been a detective he was ambushed and shoot down luckily for him he survived the attack but with severe injuries and for the first time he was confronted with his own mortality but that didn't stop him from wanting to avenge his injuries and also put an end to the threat but unfortunately for him his partner and friend Marcus wasn't having the same view with him
Marcus our sweet comic relieve was already tired of the nature of their job he wanted to focus more on his family he had recently welcomed his First grandson the only thing he desired now was to be the best grandfather for this grandchild he wasn't ready to risk his life anymore
And the time his friend needed him most he tendered his resignation letter and this caused a huge disagreement between the two friends
Mike was interested in knowing who wants to kill him ( Well who wouldn't want to kill Mike according to Marcus)
Marcus on the other hand has decided to choose a more peaceful life outside violence But will his conscious give in to his desire was he gonna abandon his best friend when he needed him the most well Marcus had his emotions he wouldn't leave his friend alone on the Battlefield
That was a true test of friendship
As the investigation went on they found out that the reason Isabel Aretas’s rootless killing was tied to the past involvement in her husband's death and Mike was head man responsible for the death of her husband and she Isabel had swarm to kill everyone closest to Mike and at the end destroy his life and her greatest weapon ( Her Son ) Armando wasn't just an assassin but was also Mike lost son with Isabel which only Isabel knew about
This new revelation left Mike confused on whether to keep pushing his assassin who turn out to be his estranged son or to allow the ignorant boy to kill him in the name of taking revenge for his now non biological father
The intensified moment of shootouts car chases action scenes explosive confrontation and argument between Mike and his team detectives and of course our Comic relieve Marcus their personal times of disagreement and conflicts also times where they have to stand the test of true friendship gave this movie a welcoming 9/10 rating from me
The movie came to its climax when Mike and Marcus stood face to face with Isabel and Armando it was a time of painful reflection of the past and a much more pain confrontation of the present and the future but Mike had to make the most difficult choice of his life he either choose to die by his son's hand or kill his own son
It was a brief moment of father and son relationship but you know what the say love always prevails and you know what the say blood is thicker than water this played out as Armando took a bullet meant for his biological father Mike but luckily he survived the injury although he served his years in prison he was reconnected to his father and they had to build a father and son relationship again
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS MOVIE
Bad Boys For Life is a movie well detailed and practically almost real with every scene leaving you eager to know what's coming up next and also the ability to reduce tension with comedy makes it more fantasizing well their ability to keep one in suspense of what next is one thing I love in movies and of course a very beautiful happy ending have always been my thrills in movie and this got it a 99.9 percent Mike and Marcus won over Isabel and her team of assassins with a very bittersweet victory the movie came to an end as Mike and Marcus finally agrees that it was indeed time to enjoy a peaceful life outside of violence
It's a movie Worth giving your time
