I'm a huge fan of sci-fi movies and it's no surprise that Back to the Future was one of the first movies I watched as a kid that inspired me to do this.
Although it has a humor well into its years that is neither so adult nor so childish or retrograde, there is also the issue of the spectacular acting of each and every member of this cast, as well as the direction and the plot it possesses. There is also the issue of the special effects, which, although they are obviously ambiguous, have aged very well and have been maintained in a way that, instead of being funny, brings more nostalgia.
But what fascinates me most is the way the film conveys to us that essence that the 80s and 50s had, at least in the United States, with its unforgettable soundtrack, style of dress, cars, fashions and things like that. It is as if seeing it transports us back in time, to that nostalgic and endearingly magical era.
Good review.
